Open and inspect within 2 hours of carrier-marked delivery.
Record one continuous unboxing video from sealed box to each animal.
Provide clear photo/video proof within 2 hours for any live-arrival claim.

What Voids Coverage

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address details.
Missed first delivery attempt, reroute requests, or delayed pickup.
Failure to provide required unboxing proof in the required timeline.

Shipping Safety & Resolution

Weather-safe holds and ship dates are set at seller discretion.
Shipping methods and timing are chosen for animal safety first.
Approved claims are resolved as replacement, credit, or refund at seller discretion.
