Live Arrival Terms
- An adult must be available for the first delivery attempt.
- Open and inspect within 2 hours of carrier-marked delivery.
- Record one continuous unboxing video from sealed box to each animal.
- For claims, send video/photos within 2 hours of delivery.
- Guarantee is void for wrong address, missed delivery, reroute, or delayed pickup.
- Ship date and weather holds are set at seller discretion for animal safety.
- Approved claims are resolved as replacement, credit, or refund at seller discretion.
Shipping Scheduler Notice
After payment is confirmed, buyers receive a shipping scheduler form by email and must complete it before shipment.
